Pleasant stay, as always. The hotel is lovely small and newly remodelled and in the best possible location on a very quiet street within walking distance to the main attractions of the downtown. Huge, spotless rooms with central heating, an iron/ironing board, and an electronic key card. Very good services, complimentary Wi-Fi. Late check out. Location not far from the center of Bucharest, the main boulevards and the local taxis. Quiet atmosphere, a wide range of outstanding dishes...

Room was large and the hotel was clean.
They did not honoured the agreed terms and conditions. Although they already had my credit card, they asked me to pay the total amount of my stay even before having seen the room. I complained and showed the termns and conditions of my reservation, wherw you can read "no payment in advance or deposit" but the receptionist looked terrified when I asked her to transmit my complain to the manager. She said payment in advance was mandatory. That treatment does not correspond at all to a 4 stars hotel. Light in the room was absolutely insuficient, only good for sleeping. Awful breakfast: nice dishes by extremely cold, like just taken out from the freezer. No international standard.
